The drive motor shell of pure electric vehicles is usually made of aluminum alloy to meet the requirements of automotive lightweight, and its center hole diameter generally exceeds 250mm. 

Its machining difficulties mainly include: first, large-diameter holes, IT6 tolerance grade; second, the main hole and bearing hole shape and position tolerance requirements are high; the shell is a thin-walled parts, easy to produce deformation and vibration.
